The Sierra Vista JHS Library has received a $2,300 Lowe’s Toolbox for Education grant for adding a cell phone charging station for students, laptop tables in their silent work area, and additional Makerspace kits. The 7th and 8th grade students will enjoy the opportunity to participate in even more fun, hands-on science activities during the SV Library’s Makerspace Tuesdays at lunch. Plus students will be encouraged to visit the library more often with the availability of the cell phone charging station, and tables in the silent work area. We are grateful to Lowe's for providing these items for our school library.
