English 7th Grade (Period B)

English 7 is aligned with the California Department of Education (CDE) English Language arts Standards (ELA), California Common Core State Standards, and Wm. S. Hart UHSD instructional methodologies.  The focus is on reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.  Our adopted English text materials entitled Collections are designed to provide students the tools needed to succeed in the classroom and beyond.  Collections also offers digital components -- media resources which enrich the informational and literary texts, and interactive lessons that provide models, feedback, and practice for speaking, listening, and writing.  To access the digital components, go to my.hrw.com
