Apply for Free and Reduced Lunch - CLICK HERE!

The USDA has extended a waiver that allows schools to serve free breakfast and lunch to ALL students for the 2021-22 school year. This means every one of our students will be offered a healthy breakfast and lunch each school day, at no cost, in a safe and welcoming environment throughout this school year.

Funding for school districts in the State of California still relies on the number of approved free and reduced applications, foster youth, and English learners, however. Therefore, we are requesting that families submit a household application to determine any possible eligibility for free and reduced-price school meals. This application will also allow approved students to qualify for additional benefits. Many community programs and activities provide discounts or waive enrollment fees when a student can provide an approval letter from the District.

The fastest way to complete the application is to use our online application located at

https://family.titank12.com/application/new?identifier=82YLNN%20%20%20

If you prefer to complete a paper application, please submit one per family/household. Paper applications can be obtained at our school’s Health Office.

This application is for students enrolled in the William S. Hart Union High School District. If you have a student who attends one of the elementary schools in Castaic, Newhall, Saugus, or Sulphur Springs school districts, you can complete a separate application for the Santa Clarita Food Service Authority. That information may be found at: https://www.scvschoolnutrition.org/

Thank you for your assistance in assuring that the District can maintain its current funding levels in support of students.
