Our philosophy is to contribute to the development of the whole child, the mind and body, through physical activity. Physical Education offers students the opportunity to learn about and improve personal fitness, health, movement, and social interaction. Students will be exposed to a variety of activities that will enable them to explore, assess, and gain knowledge about their personal fitness levels, movement proficiency and skill level. This process will enable the students to learn and value what physical fitness can do for them in their lives now and as they pursue lifelong fitness and health as adults.
I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and my teaching credential from California State University of Northridge. I have been teaching and coaching in the Hart District for more than 6 years. My goal is to help all students strive to be the best they can be.
